Our Devomood 2025 results demonstrate a strong collective commitment to building the future of Devoteam.
We feel truly proud that the majority of our employees recommend Devoteam as a great company to work for and recognize that our values — respect, collaboration, ambition, frankness, and entrepreneurship — are present in our daily lives.
Employees highlight a friendly, supportive culture with strong collaboration, trust, and open communication.
Managers are generally seen as approachable and attentive, and people value one-to-one conversations and mentorship.
Learning through project work and exposure to new technologies is appreciated, along with strong teamwork within projects.
However, employees note inconsistencies in communication and leadership competencies across teams, as well as limited clarity on career progression and internal mobility.
Concerns are raised about uneven workloads, burnout risks, and a need for stronger wellbeing and healthcare support.
Finally, compensation is perceived as not always competitive, and internal communication and processes are seen as improving but still lacking consistency and transparency.

Employees mentioned there is a strong sense of collaboration within teams and supportive and open communication among colleagues. Our values of respect, frankness, and ambition are generally appreciated.
Some employees, however, reported difficulty collaborating with teams outside their immediate area and expressed concerns about lack of transparency in decision-making, career progression, and compensation.
