As part of Devoteam Portugal commitment to compliance and transparency, it is essential that all employees understand the rights granted to data subjects under GDPR. These rights ensure individuals have control over their personal data and how it is used.

1. Right to Access

Data subjects can request access to their personal data and obtain information about how it is being processed.

2. Right to Rectification

Individuals have the right to request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

3. Right to Erasure

Also known as the "right to be forgotten," individuals can request the deletion of their personal data under certain conditions.

4. Right to Restrict Processing

Data subjects can request that their data be restricted from processing under specific circumstances.

5. Right to Data Portability

Individuals have the right to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used format and transfer it to another controller.

6. Right to Object

Data subjects can object to the processing of their personal data in certain situations, including direct marketing. 

At Devoteam Portugal, safeguarding personal data and upholding these rights are integral to our data protection and compliance practices. If you receive a request from a data subject, it is critical to handle it promptly and in accordance with our established procedures.

All data subject requests must be immediately forwarded to the Data Protection Officer (DPO) at pt.compliance@devoteam.com to ensure timely and accurate handling.
