The referral process
Submit your referral exclusively via the Employee Portal in SmartRecruiters.
Referrals sent through any other channel will not be considered valid.
If the candidate is hired and both the referrer and the referred person remain at Devoteam for at least 3 months, the referral becomes eligible for a reward.
The referral award amount depends on the role:
€200 gross for Back Office referrals
€500 gross for Technology referrals
The referral reward is paid only to the referrer, via capitalization insurance, and processed through payroll after the referred employee completes 3 months from their start date.
