Welcome to the Devoteam Portugal Compliance Program Hub!

At Devoteam Portugal, we are committed to fostering a corporate culture based on integrity, transparency, and ethical responsibility. 

In line with our commitment, and in compliance with the General Regime for Corruption Prevention (RGPC), we have implemented a robust Compliance Program ("PCN - Programa de Cumprimento Normativo") across our entities, BOLDINT, S.A. and EDOTOUTFIT, LDA. 

This program establishes fundamental policies and procedures designed to prevent and mitigate corruption risks, conflicts of interest, and unethical behavior within Devoteam Portugal. 


Preliminary Note

The General Regime for Corruption Prevention (RGPC - Regime Geral de Prevenção da Corrupção) and the associated General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers (RGPDI - Regime Geral de Proteção de Denunciantes de Infrações) were developed as part of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy 2020-2024, approved by Resolution No. 37/2021 of the Council of Ministers, which came into effect in 2021. 

As entities subject to the provisions of Article 2, paragraph 1 of the RGPC, Devoteam Portugal entities - BOLDINT, S.A. and EDOTOUTFIT, LDA. - have adopted and implemented a Compliance Program (PCN) to strengthen our organizational culture in terms of ethics and integrity. 

Our guiding principles include integrity, transparency, honesty, loyalty, rigor, and good faith. This program ensures the prevention and detection of conflicts of interest, corruption, and related offenses that could occur within the scope of our activities, regardless of the employee's function or hierarchical position.

In this context, Devoteam Portugal entities (BOLDINT, S.A. and EDOTOUTFIT, LDA.) have implemented the following compliance instruments as required by Article 5 of the PCN:
